Pre-Order Policy

Cancellation of pre-orders will incur a 10% processing fee based on the total order value.
Release date delays, product allocations, production issues, distribution factors, and other logistics are beyond our control. No exceptions will be made.
Alternatively, you may request the full amount as store credit without incurring any processing fee.
Nak Gaming reserves the right to cancel pre-orders on those who are suspected of purchasing with the intent of resale.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled within 7 days of the release date. After this 7-day period, all pre-orders are FINAL SALE.

Combined Orders: All orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items in the order are available.
Split Shipping: If you wish to have in-stock items shipped separately, please contact our support team to request a split shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply, and these must be paid before the in-stock items are shipped.

Order Adjustments: Nak Gaming reserves the right to adjust quantities of products ordered on a case-by-case basis. Customers will be notified of any changes.
High-Demand Products: This policy applies to situations such as "buyouts" or sales of high-demand products. Orders suspected to be for resale purposes may also be subject to adjustment.
Product Allocation: Pre-orders may be subject to allocation if product availability becomes limited. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
