Returns
At Nak Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you decide you do not want a product within 14 days of delivery or pick-up, we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

We do not accept returns on:

• Trading Card Game sealed products

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective

• The item is damaged

• You received the wrong item

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
