Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Sealed products must remain unopened and in their original factory packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A standard 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns to help cover processing and administrative costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Please note that outer boxes and packaging materials are intended to protect the contents during shipping. Minor wear or damage to external packaging alone is not considered a valid reason for refund if the actual product inside is unaffected.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible nature of the trading card industry, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened TCG products, including booster boxes, packs, tins, bundles, ETBs, and similar items
- Individual Pokémon singles
- Graded cards / slabs
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
