📦 Nak Gaming – Shipping Policy

At Nak Gaming, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Shipping Availability

Nak Gaming currently ships within Canada only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates Within Canada

Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your order.

Bubble Mailer
For orders 0–0.5 kg: $9.99 CAD

Standard Box (8 x 8 x 8)
For orders 0.5–2.3 kg: $19.99 CAD

Standard Box (16 x 8 x 10)
For orders 2.3 kg and up: $29.99 CAD

We offer free tracked shipping within Canada on orders over $300 CAD after discounts and before tax.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time for tracked orders is 3–9 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, and seasonal demand.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Tracking information is sent automatically by email once your order has shipped.

Packaging

All orders are packaged with care.

Singles are shipped in penny sleeves, toploaders, or team bags.
High-value cards are packed using added protection such as toploaders, semi-rigid holders, or graded slab protection where appropriate.
Tracked shipments are sent in bubble mailers or boxes depending on the order.
Sealed products are packed with protective padding to help prevent damage in transit.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with you to help resolve the issue with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

If the package is not returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Sealed products must remain unopened, and singles must remain unplayed and unaltered.

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, we do not accept returns for opened products or graded cards.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
